Registration fees are: 600 €
The Early Bird registration rate is 550 €/person if you register and pay before 23rd September 2024
Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
The virtual workshop may be canceled if there are insufficient participants, in this case, you will be advised before the scheduled start date for the virtual workshop and you would then receive a full refund of the workshop virtual fees.
If an event beyond the school control occurs, such as a leader being ill or unable to conduct a virtual workshop for any reason, a full refund of the virtual workshop fee will be due to registered participants.
The official IB certificate of attendance will be delivered at the end of the workshop only if the participant attends each session.
Ecole Oasis Internationale reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the virtual workshop for promotional material, testimonials, and other such uses. Any objections to this may be voiced prior to and during the workshop by sending an email to ib@oasisdemaadi.com
Record any part of the Virtual Workshops via audiotape, videotape, and online recording mechanism or otherwise
Repurpose the content of any Virtual Workshop in any manner, such as through the repackaging of a Virtual Workshop or its content in an asynchronous format.
Utilize the content of any Virtual Workshop to develop learning resources.
Provide access to the content of any Virtual Workshop to any individual, who is not a participant in such Virtual Workshop, or develope , offer or deliver any virtual workshop that utilizes the 18's Intellectual Property Rights.
If a registered participant decides to cancel the registration, Ecole Oasis Internationale must be advised by email to ib@oasisdemaadi.com
The cancellation of a registration is without consequences up to 24th October 2024. Ecole Oasis Internationale will offer a full refund of the registration fee minus 25€ administration costs.
If a registration is canceled after the 24th October 2024, the virtual workshop fees will not be refunded; however, the participant may nominate an alternative candidate or the registration will be deferred to another virtual workshop offered by Ecole Oasis Internationale in the future.
"No shows” or in case the person doesn’t connect at the virtual workshop will also be charged the full virtual workshop package.
If you have made registration for the virtual workshop but the virtual workshop subject is not confirmed by us, you may cancel the registration for a full refund.
If you have made a registration and the virtual workshop subject is confirmed, you may change the name of your participant in the same subject at the same virtual workshop at any time and for no charge.
In all cases, if a registered participant decides to cancel the registration, Ecole Oasis Internationale must be advised by email to ib@oasisdemaadi.com
